BOOK AN APPOINTMENT

A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required to schedule an appointment. The booking fee will be used as a guarantee for your appointment and will be applied towards the total cost of your service. Should you not show up, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel/reschedule without 48 hours notice, your booking fee will be forfeited. No exceptions.

Botox or fillers in the brow area in the last 4 weeks

Taken Accutane (or other acne medications) in the last year

Active skin condition such as Psoriasis or Eczema in the brow area

Allergies to topical anesthetics or metals (iron & nickel)

Recently tanned or sunburned skin

Retin-A, Retinol, Glycolic Acid, Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) or hair growth serums within 4 weeks

Currently taking any blood thinners (including natural such as omegas and vitamin e)

Have taken antibiotics in the past 4 weeks

Have had the Covid-19 vaccine in the last 4 weeks

None of the above mentioned apply to me

Covid-19 Vaccine: For my safety, I have read and understand that I may NOT book my PMU appointment within 2 weeks before my first dose, not between first and second dose, and not within 4 weeks after second dose.
