Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment. The deposit will be used as a guarantee for your appointment and will be applied towards the total cost of your service. Deposit not required for 6-8 week touch-up appointments.

Cancellations, Late & No Shows

We require 48 hours cancellation notice for all bookings. Should you not show up, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel/reschedule without 48 hours notice, your $50 deposit will be forfeited. If the appointment you are rescheduling was booked during a sale, the sale price no longer applies. No shows will not be tolerated, your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be permitted to rebook your appointment. No exceptions.

Consultations

A consultation is typically part of your initial appointment. However, a separate consultation may be needed if there are any concerns regarding a possible contraindication with your PMU appointment (i.e. medical issues, scars, previous PMU). If you have previous PMU done you MUST disclose on your Pre-Screening form. If you do not inform me of your previous PMU prior to your appointment, it may result in the loss of your deposit.

There is no deposit required for consultations.

Touch-Up Appointments

The 'touch-up' appointment fee only applies to existing clients performed within 6-8 weeks of the initial appointment. If you are unable to make it during that time, you may be subject to extra cost depending on how far past the 8 week period you are. 

If you are looking for a 'touch-up' appointment and had your previous work done elsewhere, the full cost of your appointment applies. Thereafter, touch-up rates will apply moving forward. Clients typically only require annual touch ups to maintain their brows, but for those who would like, or require, additional touch ups (i.e. lifestyle, oily skin etc.), please refer to my Price List.
